Abercrombie is originally from Issaquah, WA. Heitmeyer enjoys spending time with his two dogs, hiking, wine, adventure travel, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.ĭr. Heitmeyer is a member of The American Optometric Association, King County Optometric Society, and Optometric Physicians of Washington. He also regularly volunteers time at the Millionaire Club providing free eye care for the working homeless of Seattle.ĭr. He has participated in humanitarian mission trips to both Honduras and El Salvador. Heitmeyer actively volunteers time providing eye care to underprivileged individuals. Heitmeyer worked at Lomas Eye Care Center where he co-managed over 4,000 Lasik and Cataract patients.ĭr. Prior to co-founding Clearvue Vision Center, Dr. Heitmeyer is a Dry Eye Specialist and frequently lectures and trains other doctors on the topic. He has completed several external rotations focused on ocular disease and surgical co-management. He received his Doctor of Optometry at The Ohio State University College of Optometry, where he was recognized with an award for patient care excellence. Heitmeyer performed his undergraduate studies at The Ohio State University. Gelt enjoys travel, performance arts and spending time with her husband and two children.ĭr.
